I chose nutrition and wellness due to a mentally abusive marriage, and I saw firsthand how it affected my health. My nervous system began to decline. Every day, I struggled to hold objects in my hands. I broke countless drinking glasses. The pain in my right arm was so intense that I spent hundreds of dollars on therapy sessions, which provided some relief. My hand also throbbed constantly. I received cortisone shots twice and was misdiagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. While the injections eased the pain temporarily, it eventually returned. When my menstrual cycle stopped permanently due to menopause, I suddenly began bleeding again. I was terrified, thinking it could be cancer. Thankfully, the pelvic exam results were negative. But the experience shook me.
I even began to stutter in my speech—something that deeply affected my confidence. At that moment, I made a decision: to reclaim my health. Working alongside several functional medicine doctors, I began learning more about my
body and healing journey. And I fell in love with the process—it became a true passion.
Today, as the founder of Custom Comrie Nutrition, I share my story to inspire others.
My holistic approach focuses on nutrition, digestive support, functional movement,
mental and emotional well-being, quality sleep, and balanced lifestyle rhythms. I know how frustrating and hopeless it can feel when your health is deteriorating. That’s
why I’m so passionate about helping others become the healthiest, most empowered
versions of themselves.

I hold a certification as a Master Nutrition & Wellness Coach, where I was trained in foundational nutrition principles, behavior change strategies, and holistic approaches to support individuals in achieving balanced, sustainable health.
One of my greatest realizations—and accomplishments—as a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach is understanding that a sustainable lifestyle is about more than just nutrition.
