About Renee
You Don't Have to Do It All Alone
Life can ask a lot of us. Between work, family, relationship, responsibilities, and everything in between, it's easy to put yourself last and keep going - even when you're tired, overwhelmed, or simply not feeling like yourself.
Your well-being deserves a place on your list, too.

Renee Comrie
Women's Health & Wellness Coach | Speaker
I help women make practical, meaningful changes that support their well-being and fit into real life.
My Story
Before becoming a wellness coach, I spent more than 30 years in the information technology field, working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. My own personal experiences eventually led me to recognize the importance of prioritizing well-being.

During a difficult period in my life, including a mentally abusive marriage, prolonged stress began affecting my health. I experienced significant pain in my arm and hand, unexpected post-menopausal bleeding, and changes in my speech that affected my confidence. These experiences prompted me to take a closer look at my health and make meaningful changes.

That became a turning point. I no longer wanted to ignore what my body was telling me. I wanted to understand my well-being and take steps toward feeling better.

Through working with functional medicine professionals and learning more about stress, sleep, movement, and everyday wellness habits, I began to understand how these areas work together to support our well-being.

Today, as the founder of Custom Comrie, I help women reduce stress, restore energy, and build realistic wellness habits that support how they feel, function, rest, and care for themselves.
Wellness doesn't require perfection or a complete life overhaul. Sometimes, it starts with one small change, one consistent habit, and the decision to make yourself a priority.

Your well-being matters.

Nutritionist
I hold a Master Nutrition & Wellness Coach certification, with training in nutrition principles and holistic approaches to sustainable wellness.
My approach recognizes that well-being involves more than nutrition. Everyday habits and routines also play an important role in supporting overall wellness.
My Health Coach certification equipped me with the skills to listen with empathy, understand each client's unique needs, and provide personalized guidance to help them make meaningful, sustainable changes that support their well-being.
My Nutritionist certification provided me with a foundation in nutrition science, the body's organ systems, dietary guidelines, and nutrition approaches that support overall health and well-being.

My Approach
Wellness Should Support Your Life - Not Become Another Job
Practical. Personal. Realistic.
Wellness should feel supportive, not stressful. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
Small Steps Matters
You don’t have to change everything at once. Small, consistent steps can lead to lasting progress.
Real Life Comes First
Your wellness plan should work
with your life—not require you to completely rearrange it.
Progress Over Perfection
Build realistic habits and routines that fit your life and support lasting well-being.
Support without Judgement
A judgment-free space to reflect, gain clarity, and explore what you need to feel your best.
Your wellness journey doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to begin.

Ready to Put Yourself Back on the List?
